A lovely lunch in the sunshine. The food was excellent. Highly recommend the rhubarb pavlova. The mocktails were refreshing. Sitting outside in the shade was like being on holiday.

We all enjoyed our experience at Lussmanns the food was delicious and our waitress was a delight. This was our second visit and we have booked again in July, highly recommend.

Always great - one of our favourites. Nice to sit outside in the lovely garden, especially with the new Herb planting. Our waitress was lovely - Sorry didn’t catch her name - dark hair, slight accent, definitely a lady not a girl :) She was polite friendly but not intrusive. Good always good, prices have gone up a tad - but never mind paying for quality. Would and do always recommend!

Had a wonderful evening with my family, my husband and I love it but the first time taking the boys there, 13 and 16 and they approved too. Everyone happy

We had a nice meal at Lussmann’s. The service was very good. The food was good but expensive. It worked out at £75 per person including one bottle of wine and four drinks for four people. Service was automatically placed on the bill.

Hello Lisa Happy to learn that the service was good and you enjoyed your dinner with us. If you remove the drinks the cost is around £40pp and this does include starters, and a cheese board to finish However, I appreciate that we are not cheap. That said we do offer an excellent seasonal "locals" set menu available till 6.30pm every day of the week with lots of Lussmanns classics to choose from. Additonally we do serve a menu jammed with ethical meat mostly organic, local & regional produce, sustaibale fish and much of what we do in managing the business revolves around restorative practices. I really cannot praise this place enough. The food is superb and the staff are simply wonderful. Excellent value set menu too if you go early enough.

We love Lussmanns, but on this occasion found the Boquerones starter to be prepared with too much olive oil, and the Cornish Sole main to be swimming in much to much butter. This gave us a very fatty meal which we found rather indigestible. I would like to emphasise that we normally love our meals at Lussmanns, and that this was unusual.
