Tea selections were subpar, but wait staff was kind. The place was dead so that didn’t help the ambiance either. Also they were out of a few teas. Not a big deal, but truthfully the $55 could be spent on better dining experiences.

We had a wonderful birthday brunch for my husband. We sat for hours and enjoyed the atmosphere. Drinks continually filled and tried all the food stations at a nice pace. Will definitely come back.

We let the hostess know that we were celebrating our anniversary and wanted this to be special. The service was very good but the food was subpar. We ordered strip streak which we found to be somewhat small and not tender. After seeing the strip steak that other customers received we were somewhat taken back by the size of the strip steak that we received. We asked for the manager to confirm that the other customers had strip steak as we did. He confirmed that they did have strip steak as did both me and my husband. Since we did not eat our steak we showed him our steak compared to all other customers and he agreed this was not acceptable. He offered to make us another steak which we declined so he gave us a credit. A credit was nice but we really wanted to enjoy our anniversary. I would think that a place like Drury Lane would take some pride in making sure that special events are truly special. I will probably give them one more chance to make things right when I do not have a special occasion.

Food was wonderful (as always); server (Natalya) was terrific as usual; table team was totally attentive (again, as usual). What more is there to ask ?
