Bring in the New Year at Lou & Mickey's in San Diego! This New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, enjoy a four course prix fixe menu with Guest favorites and chef-inspired creations, plus a champagne toast at midnight to bring in the New Year. An additional wine pairing enhancement will be available. The complete New Year’s Eve menu will be shared leading up to holiday. Please note that only the prix fixe menu will be available for New Year’s Eve dinner, starting at 3:00 p.m.

1st Time here … have heard many good things. Great Service … server was on point, took care of all our needs !! Was very disappointed in the AGED Steak - the porterhouse for 2 Was cooked perfectly as requested “med. Rare” but just didn’t have that much flavor or taste… especially for the price . Disappointing, over cooked asparagus, and dry overdone old baked potato. Have better at other places … don’t know or if I will / would return. Better steak places out there if a night out !! Over cooked, Over priced, Over rated, 👎

The food was & always is on point at L & M’s. Our server Whitney is the best server we’ve had to date. His attention to detail & overall friendliness & vibe was a pleasure to experience. Thank you.

Truly a fantastic meal. The service was exceptional. Our waiter, Issa, took plenty of time to explain the menu and provide recommendations. And all through the meal, he anticipated our needs. The steaks were all delicious and perfectly cooked with lovely char on the outside and medium rare. The sides were great. The bread was great and came with a delicious goat cheese and a butter as well. The atmosphere was quintessential steakhouse. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful! Our server was amazing, friendly and fun! The food was phenomenal! Will definitely come back next time we are in town!

We had our work company dinner at Lou & Mickey's and everything was amazing from the services to the food. We all loved it.

Staff at check-in was disengaged and unhelpful. When making a reservation, the system specifically asked if I wanted to sit outside, inside, or at a high top (a.k.a., in the bar area). I asked for an inside table. When I checked in (about five minutes before the reservation time), I was asked to wait about 10 minutes and then led to an outside table. When I explained that I had made a reservation for an inside table, I was taken back to the front and asked to wait while they found another table (what happened to my original table). I was then told the only table available was a high top in the bar area right next to the door leading outside. This was a business dinner with a client and we were left with the option of sitting outside (too cold) or in the very loud bar area. Neither was ideal for a business dinner, but because this was business, I couldn't complain too much or look for another option. We had a mediocre meal next to a cold door with incredible noise around us so that I had to keep asking my client what they said. This is a strong recommendation to go to one of the numerous other restaurant options in the area.
