Les Belges prennent leurs bières, leur chocolat, leur système politique loufoque et leurs gaufres très au sérieux. Au Taste of Belgium, c'est la gaufre qui est la plus sacrée de tous. Le restaurant a fait beaucoup de chemin depuis avoir cuit leur première gaufre à l'arrière d'un dépanneur. Aujourd'hui, le restaurant est fier de pouvoir vous présenter une cuisine excellente préparée tous les jours par les chefs doués. Certains plats ont même figuré sur la télévision nationale, mais le Taste of Belgium sera toujours endetté à la gaufre pour son rôle intégral aux origines du restaurant.
