    We had heard wonderful things about LA’s. The food certainly lived up to its reputation and we had a lovely winder table. (Too bad so much construction, but certainly not the restaurant’s fault.). The branzino was the best I’ve had, and my friend’s lamb was cooked to perfection — which is saying a lot as she is very picky about her lamb. As much as we enjoyed our waiter, service was slow, so slow that we passed on dessert because there was 20 minutes after the table was cleared before we were offered the dessert menu. The waiter knew we were through as he whispered “tiramisu” as he passed us at one point in time. I want to believe we just fell through the cracks. Would highly recommend to others and if ever back in Toronto will definitely return.

    Great Branzino and Caprese salad. Both were some of the best I have had. I would definitely return when in Toronto.

    Food was cooked to perfection. Flavorful and just the right amount. Staff was excellent.

    Everything was delicious and great portions. Went for a business meal and everything we ordered was very good portion sizes especially compared to most restaurants downtown. We had the branzino (large 2 piece portion with shrimp), risotto with seafood and no shortage on the seafood. Recommend for a very nice meal and ability to chat and reserve for larger group.

    I had the lobster pasta and it had very little lobster and the sauce did not complement it well. The lobster that was in the dish was chewy and clearly not fresh. They failed to meet my expectations
