Les propriétaires du Parachute pensent avoir la capacité et les moyens de rendre leurs clients heureux lorsqu'ils viennent manger dans leur « maison » (c'est comme ça qu'ils considèrent leur restaurant). C'est un lieu qui peut être bruyant lorsque le restaurant est complet, mais cela rend l'atmosphère un peu plus conviviale. Tout le monde est toujours content dans cet établissement et cela se ressent dans l'atmosphère qui émane du restaurant. Le personnel du Parachute est impatient de vous servir avec un sourire chaleureux.

Our savory buckwheat crepes are naturally gluten free and can be substituted for the four based sweet crepes upon request. A Bloody Mary, French 75, mimosa, or glass of wine complement our crepes nicely for a memorable and relaxing breakfast or lunch.. On Friday and Saturday evenings, we also offer a menu of delicious small bites that pair beautifully with our wines and cocktails. Afternoon tea is a British tradition focused on creating a space to share a social experience. Tea, scones, and finger foods are placed at the center of the table to facilitate discussion. From the quintessential cucumber sandwich to signature desserts like our tea-infused shortbread, there is certain to be something for you!

Owner Jackie James is a British expat who wanted to recreate the experience of a true tea room that you would find in London. Doilies and frills are out: we married our a vintage English vibe with St. Louis's famed 19th century brick architecture to create an atmosphere that welcomes everyone for any occasion.

Located in the historic Hupmobile Building just one block away from CITYPARK Stadium, we are within walking distance of Union Station, the City Museum, and the Garment District. Parking is available in the garage at 1950 Olive St., or you can park on any of the surrounding streets.
