El menú que se ofrece lleva en su esencia las tradiciones de la cultura libanesa y la sazón del Chef Mohamed Mazeh, originario de Líbano. Uno puede disfrutar de pan árabe recién hecho en el horno de piedra junto con un jocoque seco; o pedir un menú Meze, el cual esta formado por platillos emblemáticos de la cultura libanesa.

The tostada de atún tuna piled on a crisp tostada with guacamole and radish and the tartar of smoked tomato juice, scalded egg yolk and pickled vegetables make unique and tasty starters. Some of Alcalde's specialty entries include the smoked octopus with vegetable risotto, the duck in adobo sauce with shrimp, chilies and eucalyptus and the juicy steak in pan jus.

Alcalde's coconut parfait with raspberry ice cream, elderberry juice and cilantro makes a perfect end to a delectable meal.

Formidable resto. Le menu dégustation est très bon et original. Nous avons bu un excellent vin Mexicain. C'était parfait. Le seul bémol, notre réservation était pour 21H30 et nous avons eu l'impression d'être un peu "pressé" car le service se terminait...

Chef Vicente Torres is a chef originally from Ibiza, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean and one of the most well-known cuisines in the world, which influenced his cooking. He received his first Michelin star at the restaurant La Sucursal, in the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM). The concept was developed and executed by Bruce James, who with an eclectic and sophisticated design, managed to create an atmosphere that escapes San Miguel de Allende. The ornamentation, reflections, and geometry play an important role in constructing a timeless environment that refers to the aesthetics of Art Deco, and at the same time, has design touches that place us in the current context and intensify the contrast between the past and present. The eclecticism that characterizes this project can be seen in its cuisine, a mix of a brasserie and a steakhouse. The bar was recovered from an old cantina, which now offers an exquisite selection of whiskeys and classic cocktails.

Remembering her grandmother's meals in Colonia Roma, Mónica Patiño, creates a “Roman” menu where dishes are served in the center of the table to share as we would at home.
It is about sharing and living around a good meal.
At Casa Virginia we are interested in highlighting the importance of the origin of the products and the producers. We want to convey an awareness of what we consume and how we consume it, therefore, we seek to supply ourselves with raw materials from small national suppliers.

Cadre magnifique, cocktails à tomber, espace de jeux pour enfants apprécié, toilettes impeccables, ambiance agréable et pleine de charme, repas traditionnel mexicain. Prévoir peut-être un menu enfants en plus.

Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

Globalement tout était bon, mais les prix restent assez élevés. Notamment sur un plat tostada au « stone crab » où nous avons eu juste des miettes de crabe, que nous avons presque pas sentie. Dommage pour un plat où le crabe est au centre de l’assiette. Sinon super ambiance et bon service.

Magnifique cuisine, tout est délicieux, avec des assaisonnements délicats qui respectent parfaitement la qualité des produits; les oignons noirs sont formidables d'inventivité et de subtilité, et tout le reste du "menu yucateco" est à l'avenant. Sur 9 Services, 3 étaient très épicés. C’était bon mais ça ne se prête pas à une dégustation avec vin. Nous avons choisi les vins supérieurs en accord et ils étaient relativement bons. Nous sommes amoureux des mets gastronomiques français et italiens du nord. Peut-être n’étions nous pas les clients visés par cet endroit. L’endroit et le service sont très bien. Un menu affiché sur internet nous aurait aidé dans notre choix et nos attentes. Coûts, plus de 12 000. pour deux.

Zandunga comenzó en la barra de la cocina, en la sala, el comedor o en el patio, donde la gente llegaba a disfrutar los fines de semana de garnachas y platillos elaborados por Aurora Toledo. En 2002 abrió formalmente sus puertas como restaurante. Hoy en día cuanta con dos restaurantes Zandunga Sabor Istmeño y La Zandunguera donde su compromiso es otorgar a la gastronomía istmeña el lugar que se merece; una de las mejores cocinas del estado de Oaxaca. El patio principal es acogedor, los salones son especiales para momentos inolvidables y la Mezcaleria es una de las mejores selecciones de mezcales de la ciudad

Experiencia muy amable. Nous y avons dîné deux fois. Cocktails délicieux, plats qui mélangent avec bonheur les légumes, fruits, au poisson et à la viande. L’endroit est parfait, les serveurs adorables, dans une ambiance musicale lounge.

Astro BistroSpirits nace de la formación del chef Alex Méndez como cocinero durante los años que estudio y trabajo en Francia. Es el resultado de 5 años en Paris, donde paso por cocinas como: Le Grand Vefour, Lucas Carton y L´arpage. En Astro se puede expresar ese amor del chef Alex por la cocina francesa utilizando productos locales y dando como resultado recetas únicas.
La atmósfera del restaurante es vibrante con toques muy retro que recuerda a los restaurantes de la década de los 80´s. La selección de vinos franceses se compone por más de 56 etiquetas de las regiones más importantes del territorio francés.
Nuestros platillos estrella son las Perlas de Lichie rellenas de Foie gras, sal negra ahumada y aceite de trufa, Nuestro filete Rossini (corazón de filete, medallón de Foie gras y salsa demi glasse con piñones tostados) y el arroz con leche, praliné de frutos secos y caramelo salado.

Federico Rigoletti, chef alquimista y artífice esencial del proyecto que ha conquistado México se ha enfocado en su verdadera pasión que está detrás de los fogones y en la búsqueda constante de elementos que combinen con la mejor materia prima del mercado. Entiende la cocina como extensión de la naturaleza, apostando por platos donde el producto habla por sí sólo, o donde el paladar evoca recuerdos y traslada a lugares, de modo que el comer deja de ser el mero hecho de aportar nutrientes y se convierte en experiencia.
