Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. I want them to smell the aromas and spices and get more engaged in their meal. One of the things that I always tell my cooks is, ask questions, be inquisitive if you don’t know. Depuis que Michael's Genuine Food & Drink a ouvert ses portes dans le Miami Design Design au printemps 2007, les convives sont devenus adeptes et désirent sa combinaison rafraîchissante d'atmosphère décontractée et d'une bonne nourriture, un bistrot de quartier qui est la vitrine ultime pour le type de cuisine que le chef / propriétaire Michael Schwartz prépare de mieux- maison, sans prétention, délectable, avec une emphase sur les ingrédients locaux. Le restaurant est ouvert sept jours par semaine et sert le dîner, un menu pour l'après-midi, le souper et le brunch. La salle la salle à manger et la cour peuvent accueillir 100 convives, et la Bar Room, peut accueillir 16 convives supplémentaires, de plus 24 places sont disponibles dans le bar de bienvenue où les clients peuvent profiter du menu de l'après-midi incluant le bar de crudités de 15h à 17h30 du lundi au samedi. Le brunch du dimanche est le moment où les petites assiettes brillent sur un menu hebdomadaire de saveurs et de sucreries. Le restaurant est situé dans le quartier animé de Design District, le nouvel endroit de la mode de luxe à Miami.

This grown up version of Phuc Yea is largely seafood driven.

Michelin Starred Stubborn Seed is the result of pairing unrelenting passion with an unapologetic approach. It aims to unearth cravings of the palate while constructing a reward in each bite. This philosophy takes honest ingredients and elevates them. At the helm is 2022 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and Bravo’s Top Chef Season 13 Winner, Chef Jeremy Ford. In 2022, Stubborn Seed was awarded one Michelin star in the highly coveted inaugural Florida guide.


Stubborn Seed is a tasting menu only restaurant, with the option of a la carte service or the tasting menu at the bar. Reservations are available for table service and also available for the bar. Dress code strictly enforced as smart-casual. We are unable to accommodate tasting menus for guests following a vegetarian or vegan diet.

A cancellation fee of $50 per person will incur if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. On holidays and special occasions, cancellations fees will be $100 per person.

Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.
