Le Capa steakhouse and bar qui est situé au 17ème étage sur le toit du Four Seasons propose des coupes de viandes de choix savamment préparées sur le feu et une cuisine aux influences espagnoles dans un cadre vivant et vibrant. Les diverses offres du Capa vont des petits plats inspirés de New Basque jusqu'à un éventail de fruits de mer frais de la Floride. La liste de vins et de cocktails mettent l'accent sur des spécialités régionales ainsi que sur certains classiques mondiaux. Le service est intuitif, accessible et authentique. La terrasse extérieure permet aux convives de profiter des vues sur les feux d'artifice tous les soirs alors que la cuisine ouverte vous permet d'être proche de l'action. Le Capa est ouvert au public. Les gens qui n'ont pas de réservations sont les bienvenus, mais elles sont évidemment sont recommandées.

Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. Service impeccable- Menu de haut niveau: exquis et raffiné- Selection de vins remarquable. Decoration très traditionnelle de J Robouchon( Rouge et noir) un peu datée- mais reste tres agreable.

La salle la salle à manger et la cour peuvent accueillir 100 convives, et la Bar Room, peut accueillir 16 convives supplémentaires, de plus 24 places sont disponibles dans le bar de bienvenue où les clients peuvent profiter du menu de l'après-midi incluant le bar de crudités de 15h à 17h30 du lundi au samedi. Le restaurant est situé dans le quartier animé de Design District, le nouvel endroit de la mode de luxe à Miami.

Michelin Starred Stubborn Seed is the result of pairing unrelenting passion with an unapologetic approach. It aims to unearth cravings of the palate while constructing a reward in each bite. This philosophy takes honest ingredients and elevates them. At the helm is 2022 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and Bravo’s Top Chef Season 13 Winner, Chef Jeremy Ford. In 2022, Stubborn Seed was awarded one Michelin star in the highly coveted inaugural Florida guide.


Stubborn Seed is a tasting menu only restaurant, with the option of a la carte service or the tasting menu at the bar. Reservations are available for table service and also available for the bar. Dress code strictly enforced as smart-casual. We are unable to accommodate tasting menus for guests following a vegetarian or vegan diet.

A cancellation fee of $50 per person will incur if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. On holidays and special occasions, cancellations fees will be $100 per person.

Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.
