Nous avons pris l’ardoise au complet, un peu trop pour deux mais tout était excellent, le chef à fait preuve de beaucoup d’imagination dans la composition de ses recettes, avec beaucoup de succès. Le serveur était attentionné et à la fois discret. Nous avons accompagné le repas d’un vin orange californien très bon choix. Nous y retournerons certainement..

Nous avions réticences quand au bruit lorsque nous attendions pour être placés à la table. Finalement ça s’est bien passé. C’est bruyant car les gens sont enjoués mais l’atmosphère est tellement agréable qu’on oublie le bruit. Le service est extrêmement bien. On peut demandé à n’importe qui pour du service sans se faire dire que ce n’est pas leur table. Le service est rapide. À la fin on nous a servi un limoncello gratuitement. Ensuite on nous a offert un grappa aussi gratuitement. En discutant avec le proprio, il nous a demandé d’où on venait et pourquoi nous avions choisi son resto. Pour repas romantique ou entre amis. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée avec un service impeccable (rapide et souriant), le plat était bon malgré quelques restes de cartilage de crabe. Quant au prix, il ne faut pas oublier que c’est NYC, il est correct.
