Worst experience of my life. Horrible service. It took ages to bring the courses, more than two hours. Then it was almost midnight of NYE and the prime rib never came out even if they were promising it was about to be ready. Not even an apology. They said they will give us 50% money back, but I have not seen the refund on my account yet. I’m a member at the standard hotel but I’ll definitely cancel my membership as I didn’t even get the membership discount. Reserving and pre paying from open table made everything worst, because they said they could change the amount I paid. Worst kitchen I even seen! Definitely not recommend

AWFUL. They ruined Christmas lunch. The portions were so small it was disgusting. Making the serving plates small can only work so much to try to fool paying customers. What a shame.

We came in with a reservation. There were many tables open along the water, but when we requested one, they did not oblige. A female server or manager refused to address us, did not speak to us, or look us in the eyes, conducted herself rudely and purposefully brought us to a table far from the water without a word. Not sure why she thought she was above acknowledging her customer’s request, but we were dressed appropriately and carrying ourselves politely.

I’ve eaten there several times but never had the service been so poor. They weren’t even at half capacity.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Sat down waited 15 mins for a server to come and get our drink and app order. Told them that is it for now and to come back for our entree order. They never came back drinks came. Appetizers came and were gone. No server came back for about another 30-40 mins I flagged one down and closed out and went somewhere else for food. Not to mention portions are small and pretty overpriced for the apps. But I wouldn’t mind spending that money if there’s actual service.

This is the seaside restaurant for the standard hotel, and I would recommend eating here whether you’re staying at the hotel or if you just come to eat. One of the best hidden gyms in all of Miami. The food was fantastic. And our server Luis was even better
