Service was very terrible. Took my gf here for her 21st birthday and it didn’t go that well at Lido’s…. It took almost 30 minutes just for our server to take our order in and mind you this place charges extra for over our time limit at the table. Everyone’s table had a mini lamp except ours and I asked our server for one and she completely forgot and never gave my table a mini lamp so we can properly see the food that’s on the table. The rice in one of our meal was watery and not well cooked as we asked for all of our dishes. I really wasn’t happy, we didn’t even stay for a birthday dessert because of how poor the service was. I’m a person that has high patience with people but the service overall really pushed it. Beautiful place indeed and top notch view but the service was really bad. I don’t think there will be a next time at lido’s for me.

The food was mediocre, at best. Everything was very overcooked. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, though. 10/10 on atmosphere.

Food was excellent, restaurant was beautiful, but our server was slow. I forgot to bring us things. Tip was included, but the bill asked to include another tip, which I thought was not appropriate. If it’s included, it should read additional tip to prevent customers, who’ve had a few drinks from tipping twice by mistake. we would definitely go back, overall it was great.

Views from the restaurant are very nice. Even the walk way leading up to the actual restaurant. Went for brunch … Service was whatever. Nothing amazing but whatever. Food was basic. Drinks were okay. Wouldn’t come back though.

Food was great but parking situation was an absolute nightmare. I dined here for lunch on a Friday afternoon and it was not busy. However it took 15 minutes for valet to take our vehicle upon arrival. Once we finished dining, we used the website to pay for car so that the car would be waiting for us. Not only was the valet ~$45 with tip for an hour of parking (way more expensive than any entree on the menu), but it took nearly another 30 minutes to have my vehicle returned. Waiting 45 minutes between dropping/picking-up my vehicle with valet is unacceptable. Will not be back solely for this reason.

Overall Great service but drinks need some improvement, piña colada barely had alcohol. Both forks and a knife were dirty and had to ask for new ones.

We had a seat on the water for our first date. It was very romantic and the best of both words - the privacy of the water view on one side and the excitement of the restaurant on the other.
