Pourquoi le restaurant a-t-il pour nom le LG's Prime Steakhouse ? Tout simplement parce que PRIME est le meilleur indiscutablement. Les steaks PRIME ont la marbrure nécessaire, qui donne une combinaison unique de goût et de texture qui définit l'expérience ultime pour manger le steak. Le propriétaire Gail Greenberg supervise chaque détail pour veiller à ce que la qualité et le service dépassent les attentes. Servant uniquement le bœuf USDA Prime, mûri à sec sur les lieux. I’ve been coming here for over 10yrs and used to be blown away by the service - but on the most recent visit it was very poor and the place seemed to have lost its attention to customers sadly. Maybe we were unlucky but no one took us through the menu, the drinks order wasn’t correct, and a later drinks order was forgotten altogether, the mains arrived before plates from the appetisers had been cleared, the bill arrived before we asked for it, not one member of staff said goodbye when we left. There are so many restaurants in Palm Springs giving exceptional service (Farm, Tropicale, Workshop. Clandestino etc) that will get my custom in the future.

LG's Palm Springs has always been a great place to dine! Last night, however, was exceptional. We ordered oysters to start (went back for a second order), chopped salads which were incredibly fresh and filets cooked to perfection. Our server, Armando, who has waited on us previously, set a new bar for service. We are full time residents of Palm Springs and choose LG's PS frequently for family celebrations, a night out with friends and romantic dinners! Kudos to the Chef, Bartender (who makes the best PornStar Martinis!) and front of house Staff.

Jose was awesome!! We felt so welcomed and enjoyed not only the food which was sooo good, but the ambiance. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and welcoming, but Jose did everything to make our visit and meal so enjoyable. We will be back and will continue to recommend LG’s to all of our family and friends in Chicago.

If you like Ruths Chris, you'll like LGs. They are pretty much the same. Our servers assistant Brian was funny and charming, we really liked him. The waiter was fairly non-interested. He did his job, but always seemed to just want to drop the food and drinks and run off. Not personable. I wish I had kept my reservation for Melvyn's instead of coming here. My drink was too sweet. My spouse like his LGs Old Fashioned. Food was eh. Steak was soft and cooked well, and sides were typical, somewhat bland, nothing to write home about. Calamari was salty and a bit on the greasy side. The whole experience wasn't worth the amount we paid, but now we know.

I have been a constistent patron of LG's for over 20 years. Last night my wife and I were enjoying an evening out in Palm Springs. While in the restaurant, we were taking pictures of our evening, including having the bartender take our picture. When we were leaving, my wife stopped at the ladies room. While I waited for her in the bar area, a supervisor(?) of some sort approached me and asked me who I was taking pictures for. I told him they were for myself. He told me that I couldn't take photos because I needed the consent of the patrons in the restaurant. Now mind you, numerous other diners were taking pictures throughout the course of the evening and I never saw any LG"s employee tell them the couldn't take pictures. Then he asked me what I was waiting for. Did I have a reservation, did I already eat? I felt like I was being interrogated. LG's is always a good meal, just don't take any pictures while you're there for fear of the photo cops. Spend your money at Mastro's or Eddie V's. They are much more welcoming for any occasion.

Out waiter Jose took very good care of us , very friendly and checked on us frequently to make sure we were ok with drinks and that our food was cooked the way we ordered, the steak was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend LG’s

Honestly not a very good dining experience. I’ve been to this LG’s 5-6 times and this will be the last. The sides were not very good and the steaks were just ok. The service was terrible, the guy and his bus boy left us hanging at every single point of our meal. It pained me to write a 500.00 in the final pay line for a party of 4 when the service was this bad and the food very mediocre.
