Situé dans le Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel le Level 2 Steakhouse est l'emplacement privilégié à Branson pour déguster de délicieux steaks. Un service exceptionnel et assuré par un personnel expérimenté, une carte des vins variée, des cocktails signature ainsi que la meilleure nourriture de Branson, le tout proposé dans la salle à manger décontractée et élégante. Le L2 propose du bœuf certifié Hereford de Kansas City, vieilli pendant 28 jours et des fruits de mer du Midwest exportés deux fois par semaine dans le monde entier. Le bœuf est préparé dans un four radiant à 1 600 degrés, piégeant les jus à l'intérieur tout en créant le steak parfait. L'établissement propose par ailleurs une longue liste d'accompagnements assez copieux pour nourrir 2 personnes, comme les nouilles aux œufs accompagnées de fromage, les rondelles d'oignons doux coupées à la main, les asperges vapeur et les épinards à la crème. Vous aurez envie de garder de la place pour goûter le gâteau au beurre dégoulinant. Le chef a repris le gâteau favori du Midwest et l'a élevé à un tout autre niveau. Une fois que vous aurez goûté, vous ne pourrez plus vous en passer.

The filet was good but everything else left a lot to be desired. The asparagus was so salty we couldn’t eat it the corn brûlée was odd and the noodles and cheese lacked flavor. The best dish was the broccolini that they accidentally gave our table. The service was pretty slow too. This is not a place we will visit again. I’m giving it a 3 because the steaks were cooked properly and were flavorful. Otherwise it would receive a 1.

A couple of missed opportunities could have made the dining experience better. It would appear that the staffing level was not adequate to the needs of volume of guests. It lead to some slower service in clearing plates, keeping water and wine levels filled, and general attentiveness just lacked. Not the fault of our server, but a bit more of front of the house management missing the opportunity to step in and support. Food was good, not great. Calamari was lightly fried, but missed heat in the sauce. The prime rib portion was very generous and perfect in temperature. We had sides of the cream corn- which needed a bit more time to crisp the top, and roasted carrots that were perfectly prepared. Desert was the butter cake which was the highlight of the meal experience. We spent close to $200 for two- not sure the value was there, but close.

Great restaurant. We told them when we booked the reservation it was our Anniversary and they had the table decorated with roses. We also got a free dessert. Service was awesome and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend!

Our waiter disappeared for quite some time, but the ambiance was nice and the food was good.

I rarely give an all 5 star review but our experience at Level 2 was outstanding. Our server was attentive and helped accommodate one member of our party who has several food allergies. We had a party of 4 and all of our entrees and steaks were very good and cooked perfect. The appetizers were also very good. You don't have a lot of choices in Branson for high quality food and this was well worth it. Wlll go back next time we are in town.
