Situé dans le Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel le Level 2 Steakhouse est l'emplacement privilégié à Branson pour déguster de délicieux steaks. Un service exceptionnel et assuré par un personnel expérimenté, une carte des vins variée, des cocktails signature ainsi que la meilleure nourriture de Branson, le tout proposé dans la salle à manger décontractée et élégante. Le L2 propose du bœuf certifié Hereford de Kansas City, vieilli pendant 28 jours et des fruits de mer du Midwest exportés deux fois par semaine dans le monde entier. Le bœuf est préparé dans un four radiant à 1 600 degrés, piégeant les jus à l'intérieur tout en créant le steak parfait. L'établissement propose par ailleurs une longue liste d'accompagnements assez copieux pour nourrir 2 personnes, comme les nouilles aux œufs accompagnées de fromage, les rondelles d'oignons doux coupées à la main, les asperges vapeur et les épinards à la crème. Vous aurez envie de garder de la place pour goûter le gâteau au beurre dégoulinant. Le chef a repris le gâteau favori du Midwest et l'a élevé à un tout autre niveau. Une fois que vous aurez goûté, vous ne pourrez plus vous en passer.

Steak was good, date appetizer was good. The sides were not so good. Noodles and cheese I wouldn’t recommend , the tri color roasted carrots were not tricolors nor roasted, I wouldn’t recommend. Even if you make reservations , you still have you wait 20-30 mins for your table. Service was in and out and seemed short staffed, like wait staff was over booked. For the money, you are better off going to a regular steakhouse. Maybe on for a one time visit , but definitely not worth a second trip.

This is a special place! It is a mix of modern and traditional dining; a great atmosphere with a flair of food preparation and service not a common. Dress up a bit, enjoy!

For anyone familiar with Level 2, a heads-up that they have changed the menu and removed the Level 2 salad (which was a reason to go there in and of itself) and the pick any 3 sides for one price, that were great to share with the table. For us, this removes items we ordered every time and is a big enough change that we will not go back. If you have never been and do not know what you are missing out on now, the food is good, and the atmosphere is good for a special occasion. I am extremely sad that they made these changes and hope in the future they revisit the decision.

Great menu and options. We had two appetizers and split an entree with two sides and an incredible butter cake dessert. All were delicious. Service was great!

Took awhile to get our water and bread. Food took awhile also. I understand busy times. While our steaks were cooked how we wanted they also came out tough, charred, and weren’t hot. The mashed potatoes were great.

In the 10 years we have been eating at Level 2 I had the worst ribeye steak. I’ve ever had there. After speaking with Matthew Horton I will definitely go back again, he went above and beyond to make it right.

Anton was amazing! The Ribeye and Meatloaf were AMAZING! The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were BOMB!

The place is beautiful. The service was fantastic. The drinks were unique and well crafted. The food was mid. The steak quality was below the average Longhorn Steakhouse for nearly double the price. Maybe the real high end steaks would have been better quality but I did expect more.
