LeMont Restaurant is synonymous with elegance, style and exquisite surroundings. Since 1960, we have had a glorious tradition of grandeur and fine dining. Our elegant bar is perfect for a drink with friends or a light fare.

LeMont Restaurant on Grandview Avenue on Mt. Washington is a Pittsburgh tradition. LeMont is known for its exquisite cuisine, impeccable service, romantic atmosphere and view of the city.

LeMont is known for tableside cooking

For reservations of 20 or more, the restaurant will require a $250 deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit amount will be applied to the customer's check on the day of the service.

The reservation must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to the reservation or the restaurant will retain the $250 deposit as a cancellation fee.

Wait staff was slow and place was not busy. Staff forgot about us at the table for the first twenty minutes.

Had been a while since last trip. I remember when LeMont was at the top of Pittsburgh dining both in service and food. It is in my estimation not even in the top 25 anymore. The only thing that hasn’t fallen considerably is the price. My expectation when dining somewhere this expensive is that the service and food are top notch. Service was ok, not nearly high end restaurant quality. The food was mediocre and well below where it was in the past. At this point so many places have surpassed LeMont that I can’t see us going back again, there is nothing there anymore but the view and other places have that as well. They are going the way of Sears and Kmart. Once a titan that is nearly gone.

The ambiance is very elegant and the view is fabulous. The service was also very good. My wife and I split the burrata/heirloom tomato salad and it was excellent. Where they fell down was on the $$$$ rib steak. It was fatty and TOUGH. I know that rib steaks have more fat than other cuts of meat but, this was excessive. We celebrated our anniversary and they did give us a very nice complimentary desert.

First class dining experience. A staple of and number one in this city and there's a reason why. Staff, management, chef, valet....all top shelf. Kind and caring without being overwhelming. Oh, and the food was amazing of course !! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

You can never underestimate the value of LeMont's view-it's truly stunning. My boys wanted to celebrate my 41st wedding anniversary since my husband passed away last November. I chose the LeMont because it's where we had our beautiful reception. The menu was gorgeous and everything came out hot and with great presentation. LeMont is one of the few restaurants that do things with graceful tradition , from the table setting to the fabulous tableside Caesar salad ! It's a wonderful example of fine etiquette. It's a very special place. BTW the Caesar salad & desserts are to die for!!! (Christian was an excellent server)

it was amazing. our server was Raymond & he was absolutely amazing. perfect service & food as well. we went for our 5 year anniversary & they gave us a free dessert & it was just perfect. love lemont

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary on Sunday and we had an okay evening. I work at a high dining restaurant myself and with having two servers, I thought we would have had more attention. The food was just okay, but lamb chops very small and French onion soup had basically a quarter onion in it and was not diced. I also had to watch my food sit in front of me at a tray for about 5 minutes until a random server we never saw bring it over to us. The chocolate mousse cake was delicious and a great ending to of evening with our drinks. Unfortunately, we will probably not come back here again.
