Le Left Bank est une brasserie authentique de style parisien située au sein de l'établissement d'époque Blue Rock Inn, dans le charmant centre-ville de Larkspur. Construit en 1895 à l'époque du chemin de fer, le Blue Rock Inn fut une destination populaire de fin de semaine pour les San Franciscains qui venaient danser et pique-niquer sous les étoiles. Ouvert depuis 1994, le Left Bank continue d'être une destination populaire pour les résidents de la région de la baie qui viennent savourer une collation dans une ambiance décontractée sur la terrasse bien exposée, déguster un verre de vin ou un cocktail artisanal au bar animé, ou encore vivre une expérience culinaire raffinée près de la cheminée. Left Bank is our Go To restaurant. Located perfectly one town away from ours, great staff and bar, THE place to be before or after a Lark Theater performance and, most important, an excellent and satisfying menu. Keep on keeping on, L B!!

As always a neighborhood gem. Service was delightful and it always feels like home. The Halibut with pearl couscous and pomegranate seeds was amazing! Another lovely experience -- thank you!

The appetizers, salad and entrees were consistently delicious. Service was attentive and professional. We were thrilled to discover that we could hold a conversation and be heard. The chairs were comfortable too. We will be back!

I love Left Bank. This time my duck breast was tough and I did not eat it. When they came to ask how the food was, I simply told him the truth. I was not expecting anything. However, when they brought the check, they had not charged me for the duck. I insisted that that’s not necessary, and they insisted that they had already done it. So what I would say is once again, left BANK was great.

Our waiter Pavo did a superb job of taking our orders & providing three separate bills for the 6 of us (3couples). Food was served hot & delicious.

Fun, festive New Year's Eve dinner. Was able to reserve a table on just the day before. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Everyone in good spirits. Wonderful food and service. Reasonable pre fixe menu with good options. The left bank is my go-to neighborhood place for socializing and special occasions.

We enjoyed the escargot, the salad, & the dessert. French onion soup was very disappointing. It wasn’t hot when we got it. They took it back & it was returned hot but with a huge blob of cheese on top. Did not have much flavor.
