    We've eaten at Lee many times over the years at the old King West location. It was our first time at the newer (almost a year old) Waterworks location. While the food was still very good and our waiter was helpful and charismatic, the low rating is due to the ungodly slow service. It ruined our entire experience. Over 2.5hours for only 5 plates of food, served one by one with huge amounts of time in between. We waited over 30 min from ordering just to get served the slaw. Our bottle of wine was almost finished before our food even arrived. Then we waited 20 min for 2 glasses of wine to be delivered mid-meal. It got to the point that it was so ridiculous how slow the service was that my son started timing things. We had to ask repeatedly when our food would be out. While our server was friendly and did agree it was long, we were told they were very busy, all the tables had sat down at about the same time, and that they had a private party going on. These are things that a very established , long-running restaurant should be able to plan accordingly for. The service literally ruined the whole experience for us. And at the price one is paying to dine at Lee, the service needs to be as good as the food.

    Overall great taste, the only complaint is the dishes came in very late and I was already full after the appetizer.

    Excellent dining experience with my daughter. We enjoyed four dishes with the best being the signature slaw dish. Having been to Lee before, I was looking forward to it but it was even better than I remembered. I appreciate that they don't just bring you the food but they take the time to present it beautifully and explain each dish as they bring it.

    the customer service from management and staff was exceptional... very attentive and provided a very welcoming and appreciative atmosphere, very refreshing .. you can see and feel that the staff loved working there, which leaves you feel like you came to the right place! the dishes were all delicious, definitely recommending to my circle.

    Overall, the service and food are good. The only minus thing is when I finished the dinner, I went to washroom before paying the bill. When I came back to the table just after few minutes (I believe less than 5 minutes), all gone! They took away everything and even cleaned the table??! I didn't even pay the bill!

    Awesome sharing plates - flavours outstanding - quality ingredients. The staff took their positions seriously and their ultimate goal was to make their guests feel special and welcome. Susur has hit another home run!
