Le Zoo is an energetic celebration of timeless French-Mediterranean flavors. Capturing the coveted common ground between European elegance and effortless South Florida sophistication, the 200-seat restaurant is a special place where gilded Old World decor plays alongside tropical planters and vintage French design touches. The food, drawing deeply from the refined cooking of Provence, is a transporting experience, ranging from the freshest fruits de mer and chic pizzas to pristine carpaccios, tartares and other signatures of Gallic coastal cuisine. Serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Le Zoo brings out Francophile in all of us.

    As long time customers we always enjoy Le Zoo, but the only real negative are the wine prices. I am in the wine business and find it almost offensive to be charged over $100 for Whispering Angel that retails for $22 to $25, and there are other examples of this overpricing on the list.

    We ordered appetizers and they forgot to bring them. We were 4 people, of the 4 main dishes they only brought 3, my dish arrived when the rest had finished eating. The waitress apologized to us many times, poor organization of the chef. Sad!

    As usual, the restaurant, the staff and the food did not disappoint. Service was excellent, the dishes were cooked to perfection, and the wine hit the spot. Will be back soon.

    It's sad to know this wonderful place will be closing in March. We had a wonderful lunch; the cucumber soup was divine, and our server incredibly pleasant.

    Excellent food with nice presentation. Service is very good except for one server who reached across me to serve my neighbor. Very much like a real French bistro. Outside was too noisy, more comfortable inside. I would prefer French music like Edith Puaf or Jacques Brel rather than American pop. A bit pricey but very good quality.

    Amazing setting. Calamari were crispy and tasty. My daughter and I both had the steak frits. Cooked to perfection! We would definitely return.
