Situé au cœur du quartier des théâtres de Londres, le restaurant Garrick est un restaurant français intime, très prisé des amateurs de théâtre, des hommes d'affaires et des amoureux de la cuisine française. Au rez-de-chaussée, se trouve un restaurant accueillant et au sous-sol, un sympathique bar et une salle à manger dotée d'alcôves intimes, idéales pour des dîners romantiques. Son menu propose des plats classiques et des spécialités de la cuisine française de bistrot, comme l'entrecôte grillée à la sauce au poivre et ses frites mais aussi des desserts typiques comme la tarte au citron avec crème fraîche. Le menu à prix fixe composé de deux plats fera votre bonheur avant votre représentation théâtrale. Fantastic service from everyone. Wonderful food and great ambiance. Felt looked after and spoilt. The food was amazing and very reasonable. Next time we're in town we'll definately go back! Thank you everybody! :)

We always choose to eat downstairs. They accommodated us in a booth which makes it nice and quiet. Service was good and not rushed which was great as we wanted a good catch up

Booked as a pre-theatre meal. Looked authentic French ambiance with a traditional menu. It all started great our waitress, a tall slim girl was attentive and helpful, I explained we had to leave by 19.00 to get to the theatre. Starter was fine, sadly the mussels we ordered as a main course were very over cooked. The waitress was professional and helpful, she accepted both plates were over cooked. Two fresh plates of mussels were served extremely quickly. Unfortunately the Russell;s were very small in size and extremely gritty. The waitress arranged for a discount for the bill and asked if we were sure we wanted to leave a tip. I am not sure what was going on in the kitchen, it was early for service with the restaurant ½ full. The original plates should have not got past the chief, the replacement mussels had clearly not been washed enough. The small size of the mussels was unacceptable for a French restaurant We did not send the second servings back as we were time limited. I hope the restaurant owners appreciate the professional and helpful actions by the waitress as she saved the day (we did leave a tip). Would we return? Probably not

It’s a great location for a pre-show dinner and the ambiance & service were excellent …..that said , the amount of food ( duck confit and mashed potatoes) was felt to be pretty small for the price …..altho the cheesecake was very good !

Celebrated a birthday here before a theatre trip. Although we went ‘a la carte’ we still had plenty of time and didn’t feel rushed. The salmon was beautifully cooked and the lemon tart was exceptional. Reasonably priced wine list for London; Kir Royale was a nice touch. Staff attentive but not intrusive and sang Happy Birthday too 😁
