Open Thanksgiving Day! Call in only (954) 946-9240. Three star Michelin trained chef Andy Trousdale prepares flavorful, beautiful and approachable menu items at his beloved low key, local bistro. Honest food all made in house from scratch. Artisinal bread & butter to his highly sought after Beef Wellington, desserts and more. Relaxed, quiet, quaint, cozy gem of a Bistro with kind, efficient service. Refined dishes include grass fed and prime meats and wild and sustainable seafood. Delicious gluten and dairy free, keto, vegan choices include organic local produce. Excellent wine list.

From the minute we entered this charming place, we felt welcomed and comfortable. They have orange cones outside the restaurant - holding parking spaces for patrons to park which made it really simple - Just move a cone forward and voila! The wine list has many wonderful selections from highly rated small wineries, most of which do not appear on other restaurant menus. We had Chateau Gaby Bordeaux 2014 - it lives up to the excellent servers" recommendation. The food is outstanding. We couldn't stop ordering! We tried 5 different appetizers and then their wonderful beef Wellington! There was a delectable house cured gravlax made with Icelandic salmon, a dish called lamb parmentiere - nicely spiced ground lamb with potatoes and goat cheese, a beautiful hearts of palm salad, perfect escargots, house made from scratch bread, herbed butter and marinated olives. Unfortunately we we too full for dessert (all made in house) next time we will try 2! Enjoy this very special Bistro - Hope they stay around another 23 years! xo

Reception upon entering was not inviting by staff; perhaps having a bad day but still hospitality industry experiences are heavily dependent on the event experience as a whole not just food.

Perfect night out. Fabulous food made to order by a European chef, delivered by hospitable and professional staff. The setting is like a small inviting typical bistro one would find in most European cities or perhaps New York. The kind of place one feels comfortable in, is super clean and quiet with lovely background music. Le Bistro is a great spot and also offers a well rounded wine list.

We had a lovely dinner at this neighborhood gem with its romantic ambience as Elin greeted us with her warm hospitality. Andy’s French inspired cuisine is classic, yet inventive, as we dined on the savory spiced cauliflower steak with a balsamic glaze and his signature beef Wellington, perfectly cooked—a delightful treat! The wine list has many options, highlighted by many Bordeauxs. Elin recommended a velvety one from St. Emiion which highlighted our meal and the rich chocolate torte with berries for dessert. We can’t wait to come back for their Bordeaux dinner! This place is really special!

Online does not represent the food or environment of the restaurant. Was a typical strip mall restaurant and very dated decor. Service was not friendly for being only customer in the place.

Mike, is you arrived early, waited a time for your guest. She arrived and it was impossible to get an order. Server went back forth many times, finally one shared order of mussels/bread board/ bottle of wine. You were asked for entree selection, it was explained time is needed to cook meals to order. She went again was told you already ate, mussels were delicious! She poured wine, checked on you many times. When other patrons arrived, you left, commenting how delicious the mussels were, left a good gratuity (making no sense). It would not be expected for a patron to comment how good the food was if this was not deserving. Nor is it honest that you were the only ones in the restaurant. Value 3.0? Everything else 1.0? What is the actual truth? Didn't try enough food to make a judgement.
