The food was excellent. We had the octopus and the Fritto Misto, which was delicious. The octopus was perfectly cooked. The filet mignon and the mashed potatoes were so delicious Hector our server was amazing. I definitely will be going back!

Great food, as my friends told me had been their experience. This was a first visit. Loved every type of food served. Service was a little rough, and though we said the purpose of the visit was a birthday, we were not even offered a dessert menu (?) Maybe just an off night for them, it was packed on a Tuesday night.

Service was good and we really enjoyed our apps (oysters, a lovely composed beet salad that was very fresh, beautiful, and tasty) and we enjoyed the sides (truffle fries and fried Brussels with sweet chili), but the 35 dry aged boneless rib eye was a HUGE disappointment for $78: 1. It was barely lukewarm when served 2. It did not have hard grill marks on it indicating a strong sear 3. It was underseasoned 4. It was chewy and tough with sinew 5. It was grey inside with a faint pink (we asked for medium rare and it seemed medium) 6. It didn’t seem even remotely dry aged (earthy/deep flavor). I would not return for steak which is ironic given that it’s a steakhouse and that should no doubt be the showstopper. Disappointing.

I’ve eaten here many times and thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere here. It is a totally different vibe than most anywhere else. The food and service is top tier. Highly recommended.

First time at LB and we were not too impressed with our dishes. The lobster bisque was on the salty side and not creamy. Rib eye steaks were little thin and fatty. Our side dishes of mushrooms and spinach were just “ok”, and we found out later that they charged extra for the mediocre bread. The ambiance and service were great but that’s not enough for our return unfortunately.

I always end up going with LB steak when I’m feeling like having a nice night out for a steakhouse but want a more casual vibe. The place was packed in a Saturday but I was still able to get a seat in a reasonable amount of time. Service was impeccable and my server Manuel gave a fantastic recommendation for wine to go with my Westholme Australian Wagyu cut. The food is great and cooked exactly as I ordered, the wine as stated was a perfect pairing, a Louis Martini Cabernet that was robust, and smooth. The prices have gone up quite a bit so value wise it’s a bit down in my opinion these days but frankly that’s the case for most places. The menu provides plenty of options for those who aren’t in the mood for steak. I highly recommend their Branzino! As far as the steak menu goes it has virtually anything you could be in the mood for. A healthy array of options for Japanese A5 Wagyu from 3 different regions including Miyazaki. The biggest miss last night was probably the Wagyu carpaccio. I wouldn’t recommend it personally, I decided to try something different and it generally fell flat. A5 Wagyu simply doesn’t make for a satisfying carpaccio experience since it literally just melts with no real bite to it when it’s sliced that thin. Go with the oysters instead, they’re always great here. The crowd and noise level that accompanied it was loud on a Saturday but not obnoxiously so. It was energetic, and honestly made for a casual night out that didn’t feel too stuffy while still being upscale. Manuel was our server and he was great making sure our waters were topped off, great recommendations and was kind and easy going.
