Warm and lovely staff - especially the hostess team. I was disappointed because they ran out of the tomahawk steak for two, which was something that my daughter and I were looking forward to and something they market as a big specialty there. Service a little sluggish, but not bad. Bone marrow appetizer was excellent as were the truffle fries. Steaks were prepared well, but not as juicy as others we've had.

Birthday dinner was fabulous! Was given best service from the same server who waited on us on our wedding day.

I honestly usually love this place but service was lame. Our waiter wasn’t very friendly and barely checked on us. Food was fine. Caviar was smaller than normal, beef tartar was a smaller size and steak was okay. We spent over $500.00 with a 25% tip and it overall was disappointing.

Wine list could be better. San Jose is so close to a lot of wine country. Heather is a wonderful wait person.

Everything was amazing. Only thing weird was the elote corn tasting like the Brussels sprouts.

The filet mignon was cooked medium instead of medium rare. The meat is night high quality.
