Red Rocks Café est un restaurant américain unique de propriété et de gestion locale. Le restaurant est en opération dans la région de Charlotte, Caroline du Nord depuis 1992. Deux entités sont en opération. Le Red Rocks original est dans la région de Charlotte Foxcroft au centre commercial Strawberry Hill, et la nouvelle entité ouverte en 2003 est au Birkdale Village à Huntersville, Caroline du Nord. Un menu très varié d'entrées, salades, pâtes, steaks, fruits de mer, du poulet et des sandwiches est proposé. Les propositions de vins et desserts sont de classe mondiale. Chef Ford Fry and Chef Kevin Maxey, together designed a “Mex-Tex” menu that plays to their own Texan roots, tracing the beginnings of the cuisine to the 1930s, when Mexican cooks first doctored up their dishes to suit a “Gringo” palate with Americanized elements, giving birth to the Tex-Mex dialogue. “Kevin and I wanted to do food we like to eat,” Fry said. “It’s natural for a chef to want to be true to a certain culture, and likewise, we wanted to do authentic Tex-Mex, because it developed where we’re from.

Char Bar 7 in Greensboro serves burgers, steaks and cocktails with an emphasis on comfort food. There are a number of wide-screen TVs around the bar and restaurant to catch the game. It's part of a mini-chain of upscale sports bars in the area. Starters at Char Bar 7 include fried pickles, chili, buffalo chicken dip, blackened chicken nachos and chicken fingers.
