The Broken Bit c'est... Un steakhouse american classique de style cowboy offrant une expérience culinaire unique qui combine une cuisine américaine contemporaine avec une touche de la côte ouest. The Broken Bit est situé à Quartz Hill, une petite communauté qui est fière de son héritage country et où l'on peut y voir des cowboys et cowgirls montés sur des chevaux en pleine rue. The Broken Bit utilise uniquement du boeuf vieilli sans hormones et sans antibiotiques Black Angus certifié USDA. Leurs steaks sont coupés à la main et assaisonnés avec les épices uniques du restaurant, puis grillés lentement sur le chêne brûlant permettant à la viande de cuire dans son propre jus tout en ajoutant une saveur de fumée légère. Ils offrent également des fruits de mer frais, du poulet et des côtelettes d'agneau. Ils sont fiers de servir de la nourriture exceptionnelle et très recherchée, combinée à une hospitalité occidentale inégalée.
