We do not believe in premade, mass produced food. We source locally grown or raised products whenever possible and use one of the cleanest natural burning resources to heat our ovens. At SLYCE less is more, as our fresh ingredients are delicately placed, not piled on, to create a perfectly balanced pie. Our dough is made in house daily, hand stretched to order, and baked next to a burning pile of coal giving it a thin, bubbly crust with charred edges and leopard spotting on the bottom.     The food was amazing! Drinks were great too! Peach CobblerOld Fashion!!! Hands Down the very best Gnocchi I have ever had!!!! Absolutely melts in your mouth!!! The lamb was also exceptional. Do not sleep on going here, it is going to get very difficult to get in…..

    Cleared my table when I went to the bathroom, thought I dined and dashed lol they brought my wine back out though. Kinda funny but not really. I have a 3 bottle membership its the best thing ever.

    We were celebrating our son’s 6th birthday and he only wanted Lou’s. We’ve been to other locations previously, but this was our first time at the Lakewood location as well as the first time celebrating a birthday there. All staff were pleasant and our server was phenomenal. She really made our son feel special and was genuinely interested in getting to know him. This is particularly important to us as our son is gifted and his personality, interests, maturity is that of a 10year+ old, not a 6 year old, which often surprises strangers. This beautiful quirk did not phase her one bit. In fact, she was loving the interaction. So, thank you so much for making our son feel like The King of the Day that he very much deserved!
