Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant. Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs. Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets. Bookings of 2 - 7 can enjoy our a la carte menu offering.Bookings of 8+ adult guests are required to dine on our Feasting Menu $84pp. Our Chefs cater to all preferences and dietary requirements wherever possible, please alert your waitstaff on arrival. Note for all tables confirmed on an a la carte basis will unusually receive longer than normal service times.Please include Children in your total number of guests when making a booking and leave a note for the restaurant when completing your reservation. Childrens menu is available.A 10% surcharge applies on weekends / 20% on public holidays.

Breakfast & global dishes made with local produce, plus small-batch coffee, served in a cosy cafe.Overlooking the Rosebud foreshore, Hobson combines art deco charm with the sleek, contemporary style of a modern cafe. The latter may evoke a sense of familiarity among weekenders visiting from Melbourne, but it’s also a solid hint at the pedigree behind this place.The Only Hospitality Group (Bentwood, Stanley and Hotel Collingwood) took over and refreshed the site at the end of 2021, retaining the textured curves and decorative fluting on the building’s historic facade.Inside is bright and airy with polished concrete and soft timbers throughout.     Booked for 6 adults and 4 kids. Table was ready on time. Staff were excellent. Food came out quickly and was tasty. Place looks amazing. Has a play area for kids which made the day relaxing. Would highly recommend.

    I took my partner for Valentine's dinner and it was great, the food was great, ambience was great to have a good conversation. The brick work and old barhouse / warehouse / shed structure gives a warm feeling. It was not too expensive and the staff was very friendly. Improvement areas are around parking, clarity of menu (I found it overwhelming and I clear to make a decision, maybe pictures would help) Overall I would recommend the place, also a nice drive from where we live.

    Wonderful variety of food. Dessert was the clear highlight with honeycomb to finish off. View was tremendous and service staff were great with helpful tastings of the wine to decide what to have and piazza style seating was fantastic
