Balloons Restaurant and Nightclub established in 1990 is Ellicottville’s ONLY Nightclub! Balloons is also a full service restaurant featuring house specials like beer fries, gourmet burgers, eclectic daily specials, and the tastiest, crispiest chicken wings in town! We have over 20 craft and domestic beers on tap with two huge bars. Balloons has two areas that can offer completely unique experiences for nightclubers, live music lovers and those seeking a relaxed family dining experience alike. The two areas of Balloons combined, house two huge bars, a patio, two dance floors as well as a live music stage with a world class sound system and light show you will have you wanting to come back and visit over and over again. If the nightclub atmosphere is not really the experience for you, we encourage you to check out our new patio and back bar for a quieter more relaxed, family friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner or some nice conversation over a cocktail.

Heirloom is a full-service restaurant that is located in the historic Athenaeum Hotel on the grounds of Chautauqua Institution. From June 22nd - August 24th we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. On Sundays we have a wonderful brunch buffet and offer a buffet dinner only. Starting May 1st a lounge menu is available 11am - 9pm daily. Reservations are not required for prior to June 22nd.

The Colden Mill strives to make your dining experience unique and memorable, and is located just minutes from Kissing Bridge at 8348 Boston Colden Road. The historic and rustic atmosphere of the once grain mill dating back to the 1830’s, gives the impression of a time to be remembered. We aim to delight our guests with our Contemporary American menu created by award winning executive chef Matthew Webb, highlighting Western New York’s abundant variety of produce and meats. Our casual yet elegant dining atmosphere always welcomes skiers and families alike. While our restaurant offers dinner service Tuesday – Saturday, our two banquet rooms can accommodate parties of up to 50 & 80 guests for parties 7 days a week, and also on or off-premise catering for any occasion.
