Located in Bolivar, Tennessee, in the heart of Hardeman County, Simon’s provides an exceptional experience from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave. Our staff will provide excellent food, beverage, and service that will bring you back wanting more. Dinner and service were excellent. Chef Rich stopped at our table and talked to us a few minutes. It is always a pleasure to speak with Chef Rich and to tell him how much we love his dishes!

Chicken & sausage gumbo was outstanding. Porch setting with views of the neighborhood was comfortable. Friendly service. Great value for the cost.

I really love this little bistro. It's a bit out the way whenever I am in Memphis, but I make it a point to stop at Pepper and grab something on the go or dine-in for dinner. I had the French Mustard Chicken Thighs and Brandy Sweet Potato Pie. It was all delicious. The bistro is sort of rustic. It appears to be a work in progress, but I look forward to dining again very soon. Oh yes, try the Lavender and Earl Grey Tea cookies when you visit!
