The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. We are open Tuesday to Thursday lunch and dinner during TAFE Term time.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages).     We enjoyed a delightful night at The Apprentice. The special event was a guest chef - Lorna Lee - who designed a special menu and prepared and served by TAFE NSW students. The 5-course dinner was matched with a beautiful selection of Australian and European wines by TAFE NSW Wine Academy staff. Great value, great night.

    BEST HOTPOT IVE EVER HAD We felt so full after that we could hardly walk. Expensive but everything tasted so good - the Szechuan spicy broth was excellent, and I had it with the beef sauce. Bought the lean wagyu and my partner had the normal wagyu. The service was excellent - it was quite spicy so we needed a refill of tissues, and the waiter felt so sorry for us that we got offered ice cream, he was quite the gentleman. Only place in Australia where I'd actually want to tip - above and beyond. I will come back !! Love you guys ! thanks for the amazing food and hospitality
