Chinya was founded in 1880 as a restaurant in Asakusa, Tokyo. Since its opening, Chinya's sukiyaki has been dedicated to and explored, and is first served with meat covered with the aroma of Senju leek. Afterwards, the sukiyaki is enjoyed to its fullest in a slightly sweetened wariroshi sauce with "zakku", an ingredient we are particular about. The course offers an aperitif and appetisers that allow you to taste the four seasons, and we offer not only sukiyaki but also shabu-shabu courses.The restaurant's speciality, "suitable sashi meat" (trademark registered), refers to "moderately marbled meat" that is not excessively sashi. The fat of Wagyu female cattle fattened up to a sufficient age (30 months), with a grade 4 fat content and good fat melting, produces a 'Wagyu aroma' at the border between the sashi and the lean meat when heated. リニューアルオープン後に初めて行きました。錦糸町駅から2,3分の隠れ家的レストランです。この界隈には寿司屋がたくさんありますが、龍月のネタは最高に美味しかったです。特にまぐろはやま幸まぐろで、しっかり旨みを感じるまぐろの握りは、づけ・中トロ・大トロ・手巻きと大満足！たつまみが数品あって、握りも12貫くらいあってコスパ良過ぎました！同じビル内には姉妹店のカラオケできるオトナの空間があったり、ラウンジがあったり、、、今度はワインペアリングに挑戦します！
