Situé en face d'une rivière, le restaurant et bar à aliments crus River House est une destination de choix à Louisville. Il est géré par le chef et restaurateur primé John Varanese et peut accueillir 330 convives dans sa salle à manger principale et son bar à aliments crus, ainsi que sur sa terrasse. Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison après avoir franchi la terrasse couverte du jardin. Vous traverserez un mur d'eau de 6 mètres de haut et de 12 mètres de large avant de découvrir la décoration intimiste et la baie vitrée qui donne sur la cour arrière et la rivière.
