Joe's Shanghai selected the 59th Sky Restaurant Floor of the Ikebukuro Sunshine building as the stage to make its Japan debut, and after undergoing renovations in 2009 it opened its doors on December 18 that same year. The floor also houses Japanese, French and Italian restaurants, and offers an all-around high-end dining experience.
