Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before. Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

Our neighbourhood restaurant seats 100 people and offers northern Italian cuisine. In addition to our daily specials we serve 6-8 house made pastas each day and offer a selection of 10 pizzas from our wood-burning pizza oven. Reservations are recommended but we also have walk-in space available !Please visit our wine bar right next door for a casual drink or an appetizer before dinner.     We dined on Friday evening and enjoyed mains of blackened chicken and steak & sushi along with a glass od Rose` and Reisling. We chose apple pie and Italian donuts for dessert. All food was beautifully prepared and delicious. Our server Pisora was engaging and efficient and able to explain details of each dish. The hostess Grace was most welcoming on our arrival. We will definitely be back to this new Joey's location in future.

    Absolutely wonderful establishment, food was authentic and made with care, the drinks were beyond all expectations but what made our experience worth remembering was the service, true care and dedication with the outmost respect and status. Made us feel special as customers. We will definitely be returning!
