Bud's at Silver Run is a casual elegant restaurant located just north of Westminster, MD and south of Gettysburg, PA. Opened in May of 2008 "Bud's at Silver Run" invites you to enjoy great dining in a casual, friendly atmosphere. Local resident Blinn Salisbury III and partner Ken Lurie are pleased to become part of the community and to revive this great location. We have searched for the right restaurant and are happy that we have found it in Silver Run. Ken brings more than thirty years of varied restaurant experience with him to Bud's. From learning under Karl Beckley at the Greenlake Grill in Seattle to Food & Beverage Director of the Virgin Grand in the Virgin Islands, Ken is excited to return to Maryland. Le VOLT propose une cuisine américaine moderne. Le carrelage original en mosaïque a été l'inspiration derrière la palette de couleurs monochromatiques chaude qui orne les finitions du VOLT. Un souper privé peut être organisé dans la véranda offrant une vue sur la grande cour. Le cuisine de 65 m2 peut accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes.

Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Meatloaf, Chicken & Waffles, and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes.
