Everything was incredibly flavorful and delicious and not a bad bite to be had. Service was great as well. If I had to nit-pick I wish the dishes were portioned out a little more. Literally everything on the menu sounded delicious and it would’ve been nice to try a few more things. Even making hard choices we left with a pack of leftovers (the server even said it’s really common). So, haha! My one complaint is that it was maybe too good! The place has a that is very well deserved. And it more than lived up to it.

Jordyn Soul Cafe HYDE PARK Review Arrived at 7pm. Jasmine informed us that there was No liquor license but they will mix your drinks with a beverage of your choice. Water came right away. At 7:04, Devin Our waiter took our order. Appetizer was pot roast empanadas which was (well I'll be dayam good). Catfish, French fries n asparagus for me. Ribeye medium well, red beans and asparagus for him. BTW, the music is laid back rnb you're my angel, maxwell etc. These seats are a luh too short for this high table. My gurwlz are at the same height as the table. So my food is directly in front of my face like I could just shovel it in my mouth right off the table. It's not very crowded either. Mkay. So at 7:30 the food came out, Appetizer is delicious as hayle. Steak was a little underdone but they fixed it. My catfish n fries were perfectly seasoned n not hard cause I asked for it. Devin was an absolute jewel in accommodating us with our needs. Ribeye was seasoned well. Catfish is off the chain. Asparagus is tender n seasoned as well. 20% gratuity is automatically included. But Devin was awesome! The online community was giving such nasty reviews so I had to come see for myself. None of those things were true. They were awesome. 8 out of 10 but that's only cause they don't have a liquor license. I got the peach cobbler to go. I will absolutely be returning.

I have been to 14 Parish at least a half dozen times and I have never had bad food or service. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing time in went for my birthday. My server Jerrard was amazing. He made sure i had a great experience! The music was great. The Food was good as well.I will definitely be returning!!
