Hochi Mama was the God Mother of all aspiring street artists and rappers in the early nineties. An immigrant in the big city, she hosted underground art shows along with rap battles for the rejects; a place where you could just be at home, but with family. The whole crew was always welcome, the more the merrier, and she was well renowned for creating innovative dishes using the original famous dishes from her home country, and plenty of booze, in her spacious and homey warehouse.This cheeky, vibrant and buzzing Vietnamese Fusion venue is one for your to-do list. Great customer service. The food portions were perfect especially having the feed me menu. It allowed us to try lots of dishes :)

I don’t know that you can describe the experience at Shelanous! It was like being Alice in Wonderland, the setting, the music , the staff and the food are like nothing you have ever experienced before. Rony and his team are exceptional and there is such a joy that comes with this whole dining experience that you have to see it to believe it. This has become our top restaurant ever! WOW. Thank you so very much.

Atmosphere and service was great as overlooks the bay. The only issue is not having an option with a meal other than chips. For the price having option of vegetables or salad with steak would have been ok other than ordering separately. The separate plates order were of good quality though.
