Le 25 Lusk est un restaurant gastronomique raffiné et abordable, proposant des spécialités américaines contemporaines avec des ingrédients de saison. Il présente toujours des briques apparentes et des poutres massives d'origine, créant ainsi une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante, tout en conservant le côté classique, et esthétique du bâtiment industriel. L'espace de 3 000 m² comprend un coin repas principal doté de 120 sièges, un spacieux bar-salon au niveau inférieur, une salle à manger privée munie de 30 à 35 chaises, qui est semi-privée pour les fêtes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes, et une table à manger commune. Peut-être l'élément le plus unique des transformations du 25 Lusk est l'espace ouvert qui permet aux gaines en acier des néons de passer du niveau de la salle à manger principale au salon situé au niveau inférieur. Cette conception unifie l'espace sur deux niveaux, tout en permettant à chaque niveau d'exister comme un lieu distinct.
