Second time as good as the first time .. excellent food great staff and a chef who came to see us could not ask for more

Very nice evening. Excellent, friendly, cheerful service. Nice table, comfortable seating, well spaced from other diners. Top musicians added to the ambience. The jazz nights are a great idea and the Monday evening offer is excellent value. Only suggestion I would have for improvement would be to suggest some variation in the cheeses on offer in the Ploughman's platter. A crumbly Wensleydale, plus a goat's cheese alongside the blue and the mature cheddar. This would be much better than the current offer, which is on the bland side. It was still nice but I probably wouldn't order it again. Great venue, we are often in after the match and pre gigs.

Fantastic service, very welcoming. Nothing was a bother for the staff at all, very helpful. Hannah made us aware of the drink deal with the burger, bargain. Thanks again!
