This was then when owners overcame their own personal fears of pursuing their real dream of having something of their own after working for decades elsewhere. Always with the purpose to proudly serve flavorful and colorful meals that better describe the origins of Mexican cuisine; bringing new flare and fresh ideas by incorporating trendy and traditional authentic elements.

Une expérience authentique à Raleigh ! Lorsque l'Irregardless a ouvert ses portes en 1975, il était réputé comme un lieu de rencontre des hippies et des végétariens. Dans les années 80, il a été le premier restaurant de Caroline du Nord à interdire de fumer. Aujourd'hui, le café est le plus ancien restaurant de Raleigh à avoir gardé son propriétaire d'origine. Il a beaucoup changé au fil des années, mais ses valeurs fondamentales sont restées les mêmes. Ses repas primés sont faits maison avec des ingrédients d'origine bio et locale. Restaurant gastronomique décontracté, l'Irregardless propose des viandes et des fruits de mer frais, ainsi que des plats végétariens, végétaliens et sans gluten, avec des ingrédients de source durable. Nous avons aussi une liste de vins uniques, des bières artisanales, des espressos, des cappuccinos et des sachets de thé avec 25 saveurs différentes.
Des concerts sont également organisés tous les soirs. Nos nombreux musiciens jouent toutes sortes de musiques, du jazz en passant par le bluegrass. Ces groupes sont répertoriés sur notre site Internet. Les plus grands groupes jouent le samedi soir, idéal pour danser.
