Taking hospitality back to its roots with a warm welcome from our genuinely friendly team breathing new life back into the heart of the community. The menu will offer daily, hyper-seasonal specials, and plenty of British game, meat and fish. Executive chef and owner, Jamie Dobbin is passionate about local sourcing and traditional dishes, such as Half dozen Porthilly rock oysters with shallot dressing, Brixham King scallops with burnt butter cauliflower and caviar or Portland hogget Shepherd’s pie with grilled cutlet. Serious meat lovers can expect 45 day aged native and rare breed steak on offer as well as a hero dish of Beef Wellington for two. Fish is of course wild, sustainable, and British, sourced from day boats on the South coast with the daily catch delivered straight to the door in a matter of hours. There is a handsome bar menu too, and as always, Sunday roasts are a big fixture on the menu every week.

Welcome to The Bull Inn, a traditional, long-standing public house on the road between Wokingham and Arborfield.The pub dates back to at least 1728, before which it was a brew-house for Sparks Farm.It has been a Grade II listed building for more than 40 years. Can’t fault anything. The aesthetics and interior are beautiful, the staff are so helpful and the service was amazing. Best food and drinks I’ve had in a long time. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back, thank you so much to the Kara team to making it such a lovely experience. 10/10 all round!

We have eaten at other Brucan pubs often and decided to try The Greyhound for lunch, easy to book via the app. As with other Brucan pubs the food was of a high quality, well prepared and substantial portion sizes - again the service was both personable and excellent, I can most definitely recommend The Greyhound and we will return soon in the evening.

Lovely indian restaurant. Food was delicious, staff were so friendly and attentive. The decor was beautiful. Toilets clean. My only negatives were it was a bit chilly downstairs with the windows open and the music could have been slightly louder for more atmosphere. But absolutely loved our dinner and would definitely return!
