We had a lovely stay and the staff were very welcoming on arrival and we felt at home very quickly. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are well equipped. The only recommendation would be to include breakfast in the room price as other hotels at the same standard offer this.

We came with the 3 kids and wasn't sure what to expect but on arrival staff were very friendly and helpful, explained everything about the use of passes for the pleasure beach and the zoo and breakfast bookings. We got a very great deal for our visit through the big blue hotel and it made it a very memorable visit , rooms were absolutely stunning with great views and they were immaculate. Good selection for breakfast the next morning too and started us off for our busy day 😊

Excellent friendly customer service from walking in the door to the moment we left. 1st vist hee for many years . Will not be long before we visit again. The food was delicious and well presented. Enjoyed the extra touches , hot towels after each course and even the funny little fish in my wife's gin which made us laugh. Highly recommended.

Stayed at the Gran for our wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic and staff brilliant. Prices are a little on the higher side but for a special occasion well worth it.

Food and atmosphere was absolutely amazing staff could not be any more accommodating and friendly had such a good laugh myself my husband and kids loved our food everything tastes amazing will be definitely visiting again next time we are down this way
