The seasonal menu focuses on modern European cooking with a heavy French influence, highlighting the best produce Kent has to offer. Wine is certainly at the heart of what we love. With an ever evolving list that highlights old world classics, accessible natural wines, female winemakers and exciting next generation vintners. Behind Sète is Natalia Ribbe who has worked across restaurants in Vienna, NYC and London, as well as the founder of the female collective; L.O.R.
