Stables Ranch Grille is named for its historical significance of being the famed Otero ranch an actual stable back in the day. Our rustic dining rooms reveal the original Spanish cobblestone floor and massive hand-hewn beams. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Appetizers were delicious and plentiful. Live band was good, but difficult to hear the person when speaking. Her voice was muffled.

Our server was especially friendly and helpful with menu options and the food was promptly served and hot as well as delicious. Their salmon is always baked to perfection and the grilled vegetables are nicely done with olive oil. their dessert selection is quite adequate and the creme brulee was delicious as well. We highly recommend the Grill at Quail Creek and will return.

Beautiful clean dining area with a spectacular view of the Santa Rita mountains, great prompt service and a very good shaved prime rib sandwich with a side of fruit, plus the best creme brule maybe ever! We've been before and will return many times after.
