Built in 1591, the Tolbooth Tavern in Edinburgh was formerly part of the original Canongate Tolbooth. This medieval building was used to divide the Royal Burgh of Edinburgh and Canongate. Super restaurant pour manger de la viande,juste dommage nous étions 2 amies et on aurait aimé un simple steak ou chateaubriand mais pas trop gros et on c’est retrouvées avec une côte de bœuf de 850gr qui nous a couté 100 livres car hélas nous ne parlons pas anglais alors il a profité,on voulais pas de pain on c’est retrouvé avec du pain ,on voulait un verre de vin chacune on c’est retrouvées avec un petit pichet,le tout sans café ni dessert nous a couté 165 livres,alors un conseil faite attention aux prix
