Owned by a trio of talented chefs, the menus at Prima Italia were developed to offer patrons authentic, contemporary Italian cuisine. The highest quality raw ingredients, such as eggs from Happy Egg based in Rogers, AR, who also supply Michelin starred restaurants in New York and Los Angeles, are used to create fresh pasta daily. The pasta is made using equipment by Imperia & Monfeṙṙina imported directly from Asti, Italy. Small selection on menu but food is delicious. It’s a little pricey, especially paying $20 for a burger. However everything else is right on target with fine dining restaurant prices on steak and appetizers are included in the price instead of ordering sides separately, and the Alfredo is about the same price as Olive Garden if you wanted something cheaper. The southwestern egg rolls are delicious. Great customer service. This place is usually packed on the weekends so we got a reservation. We went to the place two hours early and were able to be seated right away in the middle of the week.

Everyone was extremely kind, polite and treated us with great hospitality! The food and drinks were delicious as well! It made our anniversary dinner even better than expected!

We went to Prima Italio for our 43rd anniversary. Vincent and Tommy really went above and beyond to make it special. The dishes we ordered—Lasagna, Zuppa Tuscana, and the salad wedge—all were delicious, especially with that garlic-infused oil for the bread. And finishing with Tiramisu and coffee was perfect way to top off this special occasion in our marriage!
