Le menu peut être qualifié de britannique avec quelques classiques supplémentaires en provenance d'Italie et du monde entier. Le nouvel espace, qui sera créé à partir de l'ancien pub et restaurant New Ellesmere sur la East Lancashire Road, permettra d'ouvrir un espace moderne élégant pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 180 personnes et comportera également une terrasse extérieure pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 60 convives.
