Notre chef Delio Beretta et son équipe vivent leur créativité dans la préparation de mets délicats au quotidien. D'une part, notre cuisine est régionale avec des plats typiquement tessinois et italiens, mais sans exclure les influences suisses et françaises en général. En même temps, nous pouvons rencontrer des plats traditionnels et d'autres plats spéciaux.Le restaurant Collinetta a été entièrement rénové en 2011 et ouvert au grand public. Jusqu'alors, il était surtout fréquenté par les clients de l'hôtel. Aujourd'hui, il se compose d'une grande salle et d'une plus petite ; le style est contemporain, avec un sol en pierre moderne, des tables en teck et une grande fenêtre offrant une vue panoramique. Sa terrasse a également été modernisée et agrandie. Alors qu'auparavant seule la demi-pension était servie, vous pouvez aujourd'hui déguster des plats à la carte ou ceux de notre menu du jour.
