Accordingly, we source our meat exclusively from specialized Italian producers along with our longstanding friend and partner, Italian star butcher Dario Cecchini.Our menu offers a modern take on the traditional dishes and classic flavours of northern Italy’s regional cuisines. Our steak menu comprises various on- and off-the-bone cuts of beef, which we serve in the convivio style for sharing along with seasonal vegetable sides.
