Good quality food with friendly staff in a great location

Our second time of visiting and this was just as good as the first My only minor point is the slow good pork, although very good didn't quite live up to the "chilli" marking it got

Food was lovely, Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was brought out very quickly. Restaurant was clean. The noice was a little loud but only because England were playing Switzerland. This wasn’t an issue for us as everybody was having a great time and the atmosphere was brilliant! We were even offered a free shot when England scored!

We had olives and almonds with drinks. Quite a lot, one would have been enough. Tuna starter was very good, sea bream ceviche also very good but comparatively small. Husband had the sirloin which he scored 3/5. My cod with a caper butter sauce and crushed new potatoes was excellent. Nicest fish dish I’ve had out for a very long time.

Enjoyed a good meal after a long walk in the New Forest. Staff were attentive, food was made from good quality ingredients - the whitebait were delicious. Nice ambience. Would definitely go back if in the area again.
